This page defines pricing terms and stability rules. It is informational only. Verification is free forever.
Non-negotiables
- USD single price worldwide (no PPP).
- Verify is always free + read-only on verify.*.
- No tracking/analytics/fingerprinting (aggregated counters only).
- No remote scripts/resources by default (no CDNs).
- No evidence ZIP (outputs are PDF/PNG/JSON only; ZIP allowed only for software artifacts under /downloads/).
- Receipts are immutable; upgrades create new receipts (no mutation).
Plans (USD)
Free — $0
Verify free forever. Provisional issuance only where allowed.
Creator Pro — $4.99/mo or $39/yr
Final issuance eligibility + quota controls for creators.
Business Pro — $14.99/mo or $149/yr
Higher quotas + business pack bundles (no SLA by default).
Legal Pro — $29/mo or $299/yr
Justice/Lawyers workflow; strict constraints; no evidence ZIP; disclosure envelope tools.
Enterprise — Contact
Procurement/rollouts; still no tracking; still signed distribution; still no custom tools.

Add-ons are feature/entitlement flags only. No new binaries or custom ZIPs are generated.
Case Credits (Creators only) — policy label
Case Credits are an optional label for Creators. The system remains entitlement-based; credits do not introduce complex billing in v1.
- Credits apply to Final issuance only.
- Credits are per-incident labels (e.g., a dispute/case) — not per file.
- Expiry/rollover: displayed in the client policy, but enforced server-side only if/when implemented.
- No add-on explosion: keep minimal and transparent.

Stability rule
We avoid pricing shock. Any pricing policy change must be recorded in the Policy log with date, scope, and rationale.
